Fear of how to use the voting machines is one reason individuals do not come out to vote on Election Day. Our goal is to make the voting process a positive experience for all Madison County citizens. During non-election times, you can schedule to have voting machines at your school or civic group.

Clerk Kenny Barger believes civic engagement begins early in life and continues throughout your life. As the son of a teacher, he enjoys working with students and adults alike, teaching about the importance of civic and community involvement.
