Certificate of Delinquency Reassignment: $46.00 for the first five (5) pages and $3.00 each
Certificate of Delinquency Release: $46.00 for the first five (5) pages and $3.00 each additional page
The 2020 Annual Tax Sale will be held on Wednesday, August 11, 2021 at 9:00 a.m. in the Madison County Courthouse, Fiscal Courtroom.
The deadline to register and have priority list available for the Tax Sale is Monday, August 2, 2021.
