Required: submission of a 25% deposit with a list of intended tax bill purchases no later than 10 days prior to the tax sale. ​

Certificate of Delinquency Assignment: $30.00 

Certificate of Delinquency Reassignment: $46.00 

Certificate of Delinquency Release: $46.00

*Filings over five (5) pages will be charged $3.00 each additional page.

TAX SALE

 

2025 Tax Sale Date: 9:00 AM, Thursday, August 21st, on the first floor of the Courthouse Annex Building in the Fiscal Courtroom, at 135 W. Irvine St., Richmond, KY.

​

The deadline for registration and to have your priority list available for the Tax Sale is a minimum of ten (10) days before the sale. Please note that D-Taxes listed as pending are currently in the collection status.
