Registration fee is $250.00

Required: submission of a  25% deposit with a list of intended tax bill purchases no later than 10 days prior to the tax sale.

Certificate of Delinquency Assignment: $30.00 for the first five (5) pages and $3.00 each additional page

Certificate of Delinquency Reassignment: $46.00 for the first five (5) pages and $3.00 each

Certificate of Delinquency Release: $46.00 for the first five (5) pages and $3.00 each additional page

Dates to Remember 

The 2020 Annual Tax Sale will be held on August 27, 2020 at 9:00 a.m. in the Madison County Courthouse, Fiscal Courtroom

The deadline to register and have priority list available for the Tax Sale is August 17, 2020
