How it Works

Registration is simple and secure. You only need your name and email address. Once registered, you will receive email notifications whenever a deed or mortgage is filed with your name. The alert will include the time and date of the filing so you can review the information and take action if needed. If the filing is familiar, no action is required. If it is unexpected, you will have the necessary details to contact the County Clerk’s Office for further investigation.
