The Madison County Clerk’s Office maintains official records for property, wills, deeds, mortgages, plats, and other documents. These records are available for in-person review or online through ECCLIX, a secure third-party service. Please note that all records are searchable by a person’s name only.

 

Before submitting documents for recording or requesting copies, review our services to ensure you are contacting the correct office. Our staff is here to assist you with the recording process and provide guidance on accessing historical and current records.
