Disabled or Senior Sportsman License
The Clerk's Office received notice from the Kentucky Department of Fish and Wildlife that on March 1st, 2018, the fees for a Disabled or Senior Sportsman license increased from $5.00 to $12.00.
In order to apply for a discounted Sportsman License, the applicant must be disabled or 65 years of age or older.
In order to apply for a Disabled Sportsman License, the applicant must FIRST provide documentation stating that you are 100% disabled, and provide proof of disability by obtaining an authorization card through the Kentucky Department of Fish and Wildlife. To obtain an authorization card, the applicant must either:

Once the documentation is processed, you will receive an authorization card that allows you to purchase the license at a discounted price from any vendor that offer the service. You MUST present the authorization card at the time of the purchase.
